Beyond the Eyes Trilogy

There are humans born without a soul. Dark spirits can dwell inside these empty shells and indulge in the pleasures of being in the flesh, fulfilling their hedonistic nature. Your friend, teacher, relative, one night stand . . . anyone can be a dark spirit possessing a soulless human and you wouldn’t even know it. But not all of them are malicious; however, they do have one thing in common: they treat earth and humans as their playground and is out to have a good time. Period. Then there are the immortals who strive to protect humanity from these malevolent and pesky beings. It’s a good thing we have them around. That’s for sure.

Bael is the oldest dark spirit of them all. He’s been searching for King Solomon’s ring for thousands of years to no avail. The person who wears the ring and knows Solomon’s incantations will be able to control the dark spirits. If Bael obtains this magical piece of jewelry, along with the spells, he’ll build a legion like he once had, commit mass genocide worse than what he did to the Jews in WWII, and become God to this world—a world he’ll create from his own desires.
17-year-old Paige Reed has been receiving cryptic premonitions from a ghostly voice since the age of 4—right before her beloved father dies. One day she receives a death message about herself, and her world changes forever.
Paige is the only one who can find Solomon’s ring. The “old one” (A.K.A. Bael) and an evil bitch dark spirit named Aosoth knows this. They’re determined to sway Paige to help them, and if they have to threaten the lives of the people she cares about the most, they will. But then there are other dark spirits who want Paige dead. They can see a light burning bright inside her, and it concerns them. They don’t like it. At all. There’s also a group of malevolent beings, led by an ancient one—Volac. He’s against Bael’s plan; therefore, he wants Paige dead.
In book one (Beyond the Eyes) of the trilogy, Paige is a wimpy, emotional, heartbroken teen. She thinks her father never truly loved her because of the ghostly message she received right before his untimely death. Also, her mother is rarely home, avoiding Paige as much as possible. Despite having awesome friends, Paige is an extremely lonely and sad girl. And on top of it all, she thinks she’s a freak of nature because of the ghostly voice she hears rattling off premonitions to her. Nobody knows about this secret, not even her two BFFs—Carrie & Tree. However, towards the end of Beyond the Eyes, Paige goes through a life altering change. Throughout the trilogy Paige grows, becomes stronger emotionally and physically. She’s not the strong, heroine girl like most characters are at the beginning of a story. In fact, some readers find her quite annoying at times. That’s okay. I wanted Paige’s character to start off as wimpy, emotional, and heartbroken. The reason why is for realism and to show her growth throughout the trilogy.
Nathan Caswell. I’m not going to tell you much about Nathan. I don’t want to spoil the surprise. But he’s hot and has a connection with Paige. He’s been watching her for a while and falls deeply in love with her. When Paige meets Nathan, she feels that connection with him. At first, she denies her feelings and thinks the whole love-at-first-sight is bullshit, but then she falls for Nathan. Hard. So at the beginning she’s an emotional teenager with raging hormones and meets a mysterious, smoking hot guy, who she has a spiritual connection with. Then her life turns inside out, and she discovers a dark world that’s hidden from ours and that she’s destined to take part in it.
The Beyond the Eyes trilogy is pact full of suspense, action, and mystery. There’s also romance, a love triangle, sex, magic, witches, angels, and much more!

Here are what readers are saying about the trilogy.
Wow where do I even start? I have to say this is my favorite series by far! I was sucked in with book 1. Couldn’t wait until I read the second book. Now that I have completed the whole series I can’t wait to read it again! I cannot wait to see what else Rebekkah Ford comes up with! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
Please don’t let this be the end. I love the storyline and the people. This group could have a long life.
This series would make a GREAT movie. I loved it. It covered so much but was never confusing. A must read.
Wow…this book…this series.
I love the characters, the relationships they have, and the dynamic they create together. Carrie and Tree are absolutely amazing and I really hope the author creates a spin-off to tell their story.
This book wraps up everything, and threw in quite a few surprises as well. I was so not expecting The Devil’s Third explanation! Shocker!
Rebekkah Ford is an amazing author and I can’t wait to see what she comes up with next.
